Dear Senator or Representative :

I strongly urge you to support SB 145. SB 145 seeks to improve the level of education among Kentucky’s K-12 students by providing them safe, modern institutions conducive to optimal learning. In addition, SB 145 provides the General Assembly the ability to build and repair more schools without an additional dollar being invested. Through efficient spending on important projects such as school facilities, SB 145 will enable more children’s educational development to no longer be hindered by unsafe and unhealthy schools

Kentucky is facing tough economic times and now is the time to look at long term policy solutions to the commonwealth’s budget problem. Thousands of Kentucky’s children attend schools that are deteriorated, overpopulated and need replacement. The passage of this bill will allow hundreds of millions of dollars to be utilized to fix more of these schools.

Please show that you support Kentucky’s children by urging your leadership to pass SB 145.

Sincerely,

NAME
